Jessica Muñoz is the Riverside County Executive Director for Voices for Children. Voices for Children is the Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program serving children in foster care in Riverside County.  Jessica is an attorney and practiced for over seven years.  In addition to her law degree, she holds a Master of Forensic Science degree and a professional certificate in nonprofit management.  Her affiliations include the State Bar of California, the Riverside County Bar Association, the Hispanic Bar Association – Inland Empire, and Leadership Riverside Class of 2020.
