Vendor acknowledges that all fire and life safety requirements are subject to Fire Marshal inspection and approval, if required. Fire safety requirements may include a current, serviced fire extinguisher and other equipment as required.
(Fire extinguisher may include a Class K extinguisher when cooking with grease or oils, as required by the Fire Marshal.)
